Our one- and two-bedroom townhomes offer an open layout, 9-foot ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring, a private patio, private bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, and in-unit washers and dryers. You can also conveniently store items in your own outdoor storage unit, which is something you will never find in student off-campus living. We also pay for several utilities, including water, sewer, trash, and pest control, which means you’re only responsible for rent, electricity, and internet.
