Our townhome community is ideal for Campbell University students, faculty, and staff, as well as young medical professionals working at Cape Fear Valley Central Harnett Hospital.
What types of housing does your community include?
We offer one-story townhomes that feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The single-floor layout means there is never anyone above or below you, which provides a quieter living experience that’s ideal for students and professionals.
Is your community pet-friendly?

Is there on-site management and maintenance staff?
Yes, as a locally owned and operated community, we ensure there is a dedicated property manager and maintenance team on-site to handle your requests as quickly as possible and keep the community well-maintained.
How close is the community to Campbell University?
We are located a short half-mile from the main university campus. You can enjoy a very short commute or easily walk to campus.
Are utilities included in rent?
Your rent includes water, sewer, trash collection, and pest control services. Residents are responsible for their own electricity and internet services.
Is it possible to tour the property?

Our 2-bedroom/2-bath units are approximately 970 sq. ft., and our 1-bedroom/1-bath units are approximately 690 sq. ft, providing ample room for you and your belongings.

No, they are not furnished, which allows you to decorate according to your unique style and tastes. We do include appliances like a microwave and a washer/dryer.

We have a 4,000 square-foot wellness center that is open to residents 24 hours a day. The facility is secured with locked access and has surveillance for your peace of mind.
