Loved my time and experience living at Campbell Pointe Townhomes. I lived there for 8 years and didn’t have 1 issue. It was quiet, brand new when I moved in; I felt safe and it was convenient to campus/Campbell University. Loved having access to the fitness center, parking spaces are vast and always available, the staff was always so nice and welcoming, they bring food trucks in quite a bit, they have a community day, and we always had treats on our doors at every holiday. This was greatly appreciated and they go above and beyond. Dean the maintenance man was on top of everything and worked after hours if you ever needed anything. I would highly recommend living in this community. I will miss it.
Great living experience! Moved in after living in a very noisy unpleasant place nearby—it was lifechanging. Quiet community, maintenance lives on site and is quick to respond, very spacious units. Mostly graduate students; no crazy undergraduate-type partying. Kelly is amazing and kind. Bonus: this year they started community events hosting local restaurants and a food truck day. Worth the price.
I rarely post reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to write something about Campbell Pointe Townhomes. This has been, hands down, the best apartment complex (out of 8) I’ve ever lived in. The management is like a family atmosphere and since even before I moved in, Kelly (main manager) has gone above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind as my moving truck arrived a week late and school had already started, and I knew she didn’t have to do that. Every interaction I’ve had with her and Dean (maintenance) has always felt warm, sincere, and light-hearted. They’ve put in a lot of effort to build a community-like atmosphere for everyone renting at Campbell Pointe Townhomes, like creating “Community Day” events with free food trucks and merch, games, etc. We had hand-prepared goodie bags delivered to our doors for every holiday, there was a Cambell Pointe newsletter at one point, etc. Every time I’ve needed legitimate apartment needs as well (service requests, questions about rent, etc.), they’d respond and resolve it same day. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this community for 2 years and I will miss my old place (especially the vaulted ceilings, open space, patios, completely soundproof from other needs, etc.). I’ve spoken with friends who lived in other apartment complexes in the area and nothing ever compared to the experience you get here. I never knew how an apartment complex could ever feel like anything more than just a business, but Campbell Pointe Townhomes showed me otherwise. This is the absolute #1 place to rent in Lillington!
Campbell Pointe Townhomes is an excellent place to live! Located only about a mile from Campbell University, its quiet residence is great for students and families alike. Gary, the landlord, is the best landlord I have ever had. From locking ourselves out of the townhouse to minor repairs, he always responded promptly and had someone on his team available to help. The bedrooms are very spacious, and I have certainly been spoiled to how nice the townhomes are. I would highly recommend Campbell Pointe Townhomes to anyone looking to rent in the Buies Creek area.

Wonderful apartment complex with very helpful and welcoming owners! Great for Campbell University graduate students! The apartments are spacious, updated, and clean with a great layout, not to mention a new workout facility onsite! Maintenance is also great and quick to respond if anything small comes up! Will miss living here! Highly recommend!
Great place to rent from. My daughter lived there while in PT School. No complaints at all. If there was anything to be taken care of, they were on it immediately. We could not have found a better place!

I lived here for 4 years during medical school and just recently had to move for a job in Florida. Living at Campbell Pointe Townhomes was the best 4 years of my life. Absolute great place to live. I was EXTREMELY sad when leaving Campbell Pointe Townhomes. Dean, the maintenance guy is probably the best you’ll ever have. He is extremely smart and can fix just about ANYTHING. He is also incredibly efficient and fast. I never waited over a day for any maintenance problem. Most of the time, he took care of things the same day the request went in. Kelly, the property manager, is also fantastic—she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Both her and Dean are genuine good people that I will miss dearly. Seriously wish I never had to leave.
My experience at Campbell Pointe Townhomes was by far the best. The townhomes are literally brand new and well kept. There are various activities that are organized for residents throughout the year, including food trucks as well as there being goody bags during Christmas, Halloween, etc., which is super thoughtful. I definitely do miss living here.

Campbell Pointe Townhomes has definitely exceeded my expectations. The units are basically new and Kelly, the property manager, is very responsive and welcoming. The area is very safe and quiet, and it is also very close to Campbell University. I highly recommend this place for any grad students at Campbell!

I’ve enjoyed my time here at Campbell Pointe Townhomes and would highly recommend this place for anyone in the grad programs! Not only is it super conveniently located to the main campus and med campus, but the amenities like the gym and dog park are great! The property manager Kelly is always quick to reply and has been very helpful throughout this past year for us. My roommate and I also love coming home from school and seeing goodie bags at our door for various holidays.
Excellent community! Living here the past year was peaceful and quiet. It is very close to Campbell University and not too far from the shopping centers in Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina. Kelly and Chad are awesome! Everyone here is friendly and kind. The townhomes are very spacious, and the grounds are always clean.

Campbell Pointe Townhomes is by far the best location to rent in Buies Creek. Wonderful amenities, incredibly convenient location, terrific maintenance team, responsive management, and great neighbors. The vast majority of residents seem to be graduate students, usually from one of the many medical campuses. The walls between units must be made of military-grade bomb shelter insulation as we never heard our neighbors during the entire year we stayed there. The 2-bedroom units are spacious with thoughtful floor plans and adequate included appliances. I would certainly suggest anyone looking at quality housing near Campbell University to put Campbell Pointe Townhomes at the top of their list.
My husband and I moved in about a week ago and we LOVE Campbell Pointe Townhomes! We love the amenities and appreciate how fast it is to have repairs completed. Kelly and Dean are so nice!
I was extremely blessed to be able to live in this apartment complex for 2.5 years. I have lived in both a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom, and both were amazing. The quality of the apartment is amazing. Kelly is always doing fun things around the complex to engage the community. I rarely ever needed maintenance work, but when I did Dean was always prompt and friendly to fix whatever issues there were. My dogs loved the dog park as well. The fitness facility was always clean with many different options to work out with. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone local to Lillington that is looking for a safe, friendly, and quiet community to call home.
I absolutely LOVED my time living at Campbell Pointe Townhomes! The complex is so beautiful, well kept, and has some awesome amenities! The gym has a private workout room where you can select virtual training classes on a flatscreen, and there’s a beach volleyball court where you can play/hangout/lay down on a picnic blanket! Kelly and Dean are absolutely wonderful. They are genuinely caring people and will attend to all your needs almost immediately. The apartments themselves are amazing, with everything you could possibly need. I really loved this community and was so sad to move (for rotations). Pick Campbell Pointe Townhomes!! You won’t regret it.
Best apartment building that I have ever lived in and I’ve lived in major cities around the world. The rent is extremely affordable. Kelly is the nicest manager and is so accommodating. Maintenance is amazing and does requests so fast. Residents get gifts during Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. The apartments are big with an amazing laundry and storage space as well. If you attend CUSOM, you should definitely live here! This is the best apartment building near Campbell University. I’m really sad to leave here and wish I could live here longer.

Clean, spacious, 24-hour gym, relatively quiet, perfect place to live in Lillington. You also get surprised by free gifts during the holidays. Honestly a great place to live with friendly management and people.
I loved living at Campbell Pointe Townhomes; it was a nice living space and was kept up very nicely. I had Jessica as a cleaning lady. She was the absolute best. She cleaned my apartment thoroughly. I have a medical condition, and she was always willing to go above and beyond on anything I asked. I love how clean the gym facility was as well. If you ask me, Campbell Pointe Townhomes is the place to live while attending Campbell University.
Campbell Pointe Townhomes is a fabulous place to call home. Our son lived there for two years. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior spaces. Very well designed to meet the needs of a student or a family. Office staff is extremely responsive to any and all needs! I would highly recommend this living choice!
